The Ontario RD Hawk Pick is constructed from 1075 Carbon Steel and is stong at quarter inch thick and one 12" long.

Micarta Handle offers good grip in different conditions, there are holes in positions the length of the Hawk allowing for it to be connected to a staff or other items.

Blade / Pick

Black texture powder coated, the 1075 carbon steel blade and pick is a sturdy 1 foot tool capable of taking on your chopping, hacking and splitting requirements.

Handle

The Micarta handle provides and excellent grippy and bobust handle allowing for a stable secure handle in different environments, at the base there is a hole for cordage and a grooved edge.

 
Sheath

The Nylon sheath folds over the top of the blade and encloses the blade and pick holding with velcro, there is a single large popper to furthar secure the Hawk in place.

Summery

The Ontario RD Hawk Pick is the ideal camp tool, not to heavy to be as much a burdan as a regular axe but with length and weight enough to allow for an excellent chopping tool as well the ability to secure it easily to longer handle etc.

Sheath to keep the blade and pick protected in addition to stopping you from snagging on it's points.

Nice design with a great finish and an extremly handy versatile tool.
